To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please read our return policy below:
🔹 1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
🔹 2. Conditions Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- “I don’t like the product”
- “The watch feels light / heavy / different from expectation”
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Color difference due to lighting or screen display
- Minor cosmetic variations
- If the product is used, worn, sized, or damaged after delivery
- If the original packaging, tags, or protective films are removed
🔹 3. Return Request Time Window
- You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- The product must be in unused, brand-new, and original condition
🔹 4. Exchange Policy
If the customer does not like the product but the correct item was delivered:

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered by us
- Product received in damaged condition (verified through video)
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect
Refunds are not provided for liking issues or personal preferences.

- Raise your return request via WhatsApp or Email
- Share compulsory unboxing video & photo proof
- Our team will verify the case
- If approved, courier pickup will be arranged
- Refund/exchange will be processed after product inspection
🔹 7. Additional Points
- Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refund, only exchange
- If customer refuses delivery or provides wrong address, shipping charges will be deducted
- In case of disputes, our decision will be final based on proof
